Terms & Conditions

Tickets are sold and artists, performers, facilitators and volunteers are hired on the agreements that we all help to maintain the conditions for a safe and harmonious event. These are the behaviours and conditions we expect everyone to follow.

  • No alcohol or illegal substances to be brought onto the site

  • We reserve the right to search persons, luggage or vehicles as a condition of entry at any point during the event

  • Follow all health and safety and security instructions given to you by staff

  • If you are unhappy about someone's behaviour, report it to a staff member who can notify the safeguarding lead

  • Should a person behave inappropriately, offensively or illegally they will be asked to leave the site

  • We have the right to refuse entry to anyone we consider to pose a risk of harm

  • Treat everyone with respect, dignity and patience - remember that most of our crew are there voluntarily

  • We expect parents / carers to be responsible for children at all times (this means anyone under the age of 18). Ensure an adult is nominated to maintain the wellbeing and safety of your child for the duration of the event

  • Do not bring dogs, cats or other animals however well trained, small or cute. Personal assistance dogs are permitted, as long as a request is given to the festival in advance and approved

  • Ensure you bring proof of purchase of your ticket by downloading your receipt / confirmation prior to coming to the site (internet can be intermittent)

  • All volunteers, performers, facilitator etc, must be booked in advance

  • Derogatory or judgmental comments, repeated unwanted attention, or sexual advances to or from a person (naked or otherwise) are unacceptable and should be reported to staff who will notify the safeguarding lead

  • Be considerate of fellow campers in the camping areas between 11pm and 7am

  • No unauthorized sound systems or amplifiers to be brought on site. All amplified music must be kept within our license restrictions (please ask the Head Steward if you are unsure of these) and anyone breaking these may be shut down

  • Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion of the event. We regret that, in most cases, it would be impossible to ask personal permission to reproduce your image

  • The organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injury or damage to persons or property sustained while attending the event except in respect of death, injury and damage to property resulting from the organisers' negligence

  • We do not offer refunds, should you change your mind or your circumstances change. You can sell or gift the ticket to someone else. If we have to cancel the event, we will refund, minus the booking fees taken by the ticket vendor.

  • These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice and may be updated at any time.  It is the responsibility of all those attending the event to ensure they have the most up-to-date version of the Terms & Conditions
